The elite of world ski jumpers and combination skiers will come to Harrachov

The term of the December competition is slowly getting closer and we already know that the entire ski jumping elite headed by the World Cup winner, Schlierenzauer G. from Austria, will be represented at the start. We expect 80 competitors on the starting field who will start on Harrachov ski jump HS 134 under artificial lighting for the first time. Well-tested champions headed by Roman Koudelka and Jakub Janda, Martin Cikl, Antonín Hájek, Borek Sedlák and Lukáš Hlava will defend our colours there.

In Nordic Combination we can look forward to the Saturday race of teams and Sunday race of individual skiers which, thanks to the start and post on the landing run of the ski jump will evoke the appropriate atmosphere in audience as well as competitors. The entire world elite headed by Ronny Ackermann and world champion from Liberec, Todd Lodwick, will appear on the start. We can also look forward to Felix Gottwald /AUT/ and Hannu Manninen /FIN/, who already ended their careers but returned again in this season and in tests in Finnish Kuusamo showed their strength. Czech fighters are represented by Pavel Churavý, Tomáš Slavík, Míra Dvořák, Aleš Vodseďálek and Petr Kutál.
